Terms of Service

All reservations at Joydealspot Hotel are subject to availability and confirmation. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book a room. A valid credit card and government-issued photo identification are required at the time of check-in. By completing a reservation, you agree to our specific room rates, taxes, and any applicable service fees mentioned during the booking process.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty equivalent to one night's stay. For non-refundable bookings, the full amount will be charged regardless of cancellation. In the event of a no-show, the total cost of the first night will be charged to the credit card on file, and the remainder of the reservation will be released.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other residents or staff. Joydealspot Hotel maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all indoor areas, including guest rooms. Any damage caused to hotel property by guests or their visitors will be the financial responsibility of the registered guest. Excessive noise or illegal activities may result in immediate eviction without refund.

While Joydealspot Hotel takes all reasonable precautions to ensure guest safety, we are not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left in rooms or common areas. In-room safes are provided for your convenience. The hotel is not responsible for any personal injury sustained on the premises unless caused by our gross negligence.

Hotel amenities, including the gym, common areas, and high-speed internet, are provided for the exclusive use of registered guests. Proper attire and adherence to posted safety rules are required when using these facilities. We reserve the right to temporarily close any amenity for maintenance or private events without prior notice.
